This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through bagaanchai.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order with Bagaan Chai Co., you agree to this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During holidays, promotional periods, high-volume periods, or unexpected operational delays, order processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, additional shipping times, customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions may apply.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Package volume
- Regional service disruptions
- Other circumstances outside our control
Bagaan Chai Co. is not responsible for carrier delays after the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a confirmed error by Bagaan Chai Co., such as shipping the wrong product or failing to ship the order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. Bagaan Chai Co. is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in carrier tracking updates.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Bagaan Chai Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order. If the customer chooses not to have the order resent, any refund, if approved, may exclude original shipping charges and any carrier return fees.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please first check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier.

We will review the situation and may assist with filing a carrier claim where applicable. Bagaan Chai Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we may review such cases at our discretion.
8. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- Check around your delivery location.
- Ask household members, neighbors, front desk staff, mailrooms, or building management.
- Contact the shipping carrier for delivery confirmation.
- Contact us if the issue remains unresolved.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Bagaan Chai Co. is not responsible for theft, misplacement, or loss after delivery.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the outer shipping package
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the label, seal, and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Do not discard the product or packaging until we complete our review. If we confirm that the item was damaged during shipping, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
10. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept the package, the order may not be eligible for a full refund.
Any approved refund may exclude:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Carrier fees
- Handling costs
11. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on location, carrier rules, or applicable law.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped to the provided address.
